Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Operations Senior Analyst supports the annual and continuous planning processes by engaging with strategic Retailers working with Sales-National Accounts and cross functionally to execute our Joint Business Plans (JBP). The Sales Operations Analyst will be the leading resource across the business on customer-specific needs and requirements while providing timely communication to both the account and company ensuring you meet the needs and requirements of both. The main priority of this role is to engage Retail counterparts for optimized operational function associated with driving revenue and margin for assigned strategic Retail account.
