Our Opportunity Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Refranchising Project Execution, to join the Burger King Franchising & Business Development Team. This position is based in Syracuse, NY, supporting refranchising transactions across the U.S. The Sr. Analyst plays an essential role in facilitating & supporting franchising transactions with new and existing partners. This includes onboarding new partners and managing sale transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth handover and successful transition. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, franchising, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and online database management systems.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation structuring skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to collect data and manage transactions from start to finish.
  • High integrity, honesty, personal accountability, and passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business unit leaders in supporting our Franchise Base Evolution, leading to a better guest experience and long-term growth of the Burger King brand.
  • Support Company-to-Franchise sale transactions, connecting company operations support teams and buyers, through the closing of the transaction and hand-off to Training and Field Operations support.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Syracuse and Miami offices, coordinating workflows and fulfilling information requests from the Franchising & Business Development teams, ensuring accurate and timely collaboration from Syracuse business teams.
  • Lead on all coordination and communication flow between Syracuse based internal stakeholders by preparing agendas, tracking action items, compiling summaries, and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in transaction execution by highlighting and augmenting internal department guides and materials, and cross-functional project tracking.
  • Liaise between Franchising, Business Development, Company Operations, Training, Field teams, and other pertinent partners to gather necessary insights and relevant information to process transactions.
  • Maintain organized trackers and documentation to monitor refranchising progress across U.S. markets, ensuring efficient information flow, visibility, and execution readiness.
  • Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive-level leadership.
