Position Overview: SMB Sales Execution Analyst The SMB Sales Execution Analyst plays a hands-on role in ensuring SMB deals are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with defined sales processes. This role is deeply involved in order management, deal quality, and CRM data integrity, supporting high-volume SMB sales activity. Reporting to the Sales Execution Manager, the Analyst works closely with SMB sales reps and cross-functional partners to catch errors early, correct issues quickly, and keep deals moving.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement
  • Experience supporting transactional or high-volume sales workflows
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience with CRM and order management systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and execution-focused mindset

  • Experience supporting SMB sales teams
  • Background in sports media, streaming, or entertainment

Responsibilities

  • Manage SMB sales orders from submission through fulfillment readiness
  • Review orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing correctness, and compliance
  • Enter, update, and correct orders in CRM and related systems
  • Manage order changes, amendments, cancellations, and corrections
  • Serve as the first point of contact for SMB order-related questions
  • Escalate complex or non-standard issues to the Sales Execution Manager
  • Ensure SMB sales and order data is clean, complete, and reliable
  • Correct data errors that impact reporting or fulfillment
  • Support data cleanup efforts across customers, accounts, and orders
  • Monitor recurring issues and surface root causes
  • Execute defined SMB sales processes consistently
  • Follow workflows that support fast, high-volume execution
  • Support QA efforts by identifying error patterns
  • Assist with testing and validation of system changes
  • Build Excel-based ad-hoc models to analyze partner contract economics, sales costs, revenue trends, and sales KPI trends.
