Position Overview: SMB Sales Execution Manager The SMB Sales Execution Manager owns the execution, efficiency, and integrity of the SMB sales motion . This role ensures SMB sales processes are clear, scalable, and consistently followed—while identifying and eliminating friction that slows deal velocity or creates downstream issues. This person is the operational backbone of the SMB sales team , partnering closely with sales reps, frontline leaders, Order Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure fast, accurate, and compliant deal execution at scale. The role acts as the primary advocate for SMB execution needs with Product and Engineering.
