The Manager of Project Execution is responsible for the accurate, timely, and profitable execution of all assigned construction projects and is ultimately accountable for project delivery performance, including schedule adherence, financial outcomes, and quality across the Project Management organization. This role leads project execution from turnover through closeout, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment between project management, project support, and field installation teams. The Project Execution Manager is accountable for: Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment for project teams, field personnel, and customers. Providing leadership, training and development, and accountability to Project Managers and Project Support staff. Ensuring projects are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, approved schedules, budgets, and company standards. Owning project execution KPIs, including on-time delivery, financial performance, change order discipline, and closeout timeliness. Managing project escalations and collaborating with internal leadership, sales, operations, and field teams to drive timely resolution. Providing a high level of customer service through professional communication, proactive issue management, and willingness to engage directly when required. Coordinating closely with CIH sales teams, detailing, purchasing, warehouse, and field installation resources to ensure accurate material flow, issue resolution, and successful project delivery. Overseeing execution sequencing for Division 8 scopes including frames, doors, hardware, material coordination, and installation activities. Ensuring consistent identification, pricing, approval, and tracking of change orders and scope impacts. Monitoring project financials, forecasts, and cost-to-complete to protect margin and minimize risk. Driving execution consistency through standardized processes, tools, and expectations across the Project Management team. Evaluating staffing needs within the Project Management organization and recommending adjustments to leadership as needed. Participating in annual planning and budgeting discussions related to project execution, staffing, and operational needs. Promoting continuous improvement focused on execution efficiency, risk reduction, employee engagement, and team development. Submitting timely and accurate reports to leadership regarding project performance, risks, and execution metrics. Performing other duties as assigned.
