Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Field Execution is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across RSC initiatives, enhancing field team effectiveness, and ensuring execution of brand priorities through structured planning, reporting, and resource development. The Field execution team integrates national and regional marketing initiatives, profitability benchmarks, digital operations, operations standards, and data analytics into effective strategies and calendar planning for the Popeyes Field Team to drive results with franchisees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations, or Marketing
  • 3+ years of proven ability in a role such as operations, marketing, or field operations
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving ability with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to tailor communication to all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Design experience (Canva) for creating team materials and communications is strongly encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Integrate cross-functional RSC initiatives across Marketing, Profitability, Digital, Brand Standards, and Technology.
  • Develop and manage a prioritized, enterprise-wide field execution calendar.
  • Balance short-term performance-driving initiatives with long-term brand strategy.
  • Ensure sequencing and workload alignment to optimize field focus and impact.
  • Plan and execute quarterly RSC field events to drive brand strategy alignment.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into clear, actionable field execution plans.
  • Develop and evolve field-facing tools and resources aligned to brand priorities.
  • Manage and optimize collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and Field Teams Channel.
  • Strengthen communication flow and operational efficiency across the field organization.
  • Centralize tracking of brand standards implementation across restaurants.
  • Maintain a consolidated “single source of truth” for execution reporting.
  • Oversee accuracy and governance of key databases, including: worker alignment file, restaurant attributes including ETR status and Pop Training Program Training Restaurant Status.
  • Standardize processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Digital, Marketing, and Development Analytics.
  • Enable Division Vice Presidents, Franchise Business Partners, and Operations Partners with actionable insights.
  • Drive measurable follow-through and execution accountability across the field organization.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting frameworks supporting business reviews and performance tracking.
