About The Position

This role requires category-specific knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the procurement-to-pay cycle. The analyst will support Invoice Reconciliation, assist Sourcing Managers with category strategy development and improvement (including spend data analysis, project scoping, and requirement gathering), support RFQ processes, and analyze stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews. The role also involves working closely with vendors to resolve inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize and present data.
• Ability to work with various technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills including project planning, time management, multitasking, critical path definition.
• Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skill.
• Ability to learn and master client specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems and unique requirements by various business groups.
• Solid decision making ability using available facts in sensitive client situations
• Need to be analytical and self-driven.

Nice To Haves

• Consulting or client service delivery experience a plus.
• Experience in some of the following categories: Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity, Technology NPI.

Responsibilities

• Support with Invoice Reconciliation
• Assist Sourcing Managers with category strategy development and improvement, including overall spend data analysis and summary, project scoping discussion with the stakeholders, providing assistance with requirement gathering prior to project scoping.
• Support with RFQ
• Support with sending and analyzing stakeholder surveys results for Supplier Business Reviews.
• Work closely with vendors to support or resolve any inquiries.
