About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Process Enablement provides expertise and structured support for manufacturing business processes, ensuring accurate issue triage, process guidance, and adoption of global templates and procedures. The role serves as a dedicated super user for manufacturing end-to-end processes, providing functional clarification, performing issue triage, and supporting user enablement activities. It reports to the Manager, Process Enablement. The position supports manufacturing-specific Oracle EBS modules, including Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Progress (WIP), Quality (QLT), Manufacturing Configurator, Planning (MRP execution), and Inventory Management (INV). It works with manufacturing business functions and business-side enablement and training colleagues, and escalates unresolved issues to ERP Second Level Support on the IT side. Travel requirements are 10%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2–4 years in Oracle EBS functional support or business process enablement.
Experience handling module-specific user queries and functional triage.
Exposure to Oracle EBS module workflows and business process operations in a field services or aftermarket services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to provide clear process guidance to business users and document business requirements effectively for ERP delivery teams.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform root-cause categorization, identify recurring issue patterns, and assess process impacts.
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules: BOM, WIP, QLT, Manufacturing Configurator, MRP, and INV.
Proficiency in process mapping, transaction flows, and exception handling.
Experience formalizing module-specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing-specific Oracle EBS modules, including BOM, WIP, QLT, Manufacturing Configurator, MRP execution, and INV.
Own resolution of service module-specific issues from initial triage through escalation.
Document business requirements and assess process impacts related to service processes.
Provide updates on solution design, implemented fixes, and functionally resolved tickets.
Interface with manufacturing business functions, the Business Process Enablement Lead, and the Training & Knowledge Coordinator.
Escalate unresolved issues to ERP Second Level Support.
Perform structured functional triage before ticket creation, including issue validation, scenario replication, and preliminary root-cause categorization for manufacturing-specific processes.
Handle module-specific user queries and functional triage across BOM, WIP, Quality, and related modules.
Advise the Business Process Enablement Lead and Training & Knowledge Coordinator on recurring issues and knowledge gaps within service modules.
Reduce avoidable tickets by providing immediate clarification and hands-on guidance to users.
