About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Pro Digital Experience is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and activation of digital products and capabilities with customers and store associates. This role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Internal Communications, Product, Operations, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute communication, education, and engagement strategies that support successful product launches and ongoing adoption. The analyst uses customer insights, associate feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and improve the overall digital experience. A successful Senior Analyst, Pro Digital Experience will demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and execution skills. Attending tradeshows or job site visits representing our Pro Capabilities will be a key responsibility for this role.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
• 3 years of work experience.
• Experience leading high performing teams.
• Consulting management and/or project management.
• Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis.
• Problem solving.
• Strong Operations, Retail and/or field knowledge.
• Building strong relationships with project partners.

Nice To Haves

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, presentation, and written communication skills
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Internal Communications, Operations, and field or store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates.
• Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis - develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization.
• Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
• Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors.
• Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.
• Attending tradeshows or job site visits representing our Pro Capabilities.
