The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst, People Analytics and Data is to provide analytical expertise and deliver reporting solutions for our People/HR function and business leaders. Reporting to the Director of People Systems, this role will be part of a collaborative HRIS team that supports PDS’s People technology portfolio, including Workday HCM, Cornerstone (Learning and Talent), ICIMS (ATS), and Anaplan (Incentive Comp). As a Senior Analyst, you will act as the subject matter expert in Workday HCM reporting as well as the development of reports and dashboards in support of our People analytics roadmap.
