About The Team And The Role: As a Senior Legal Analyst, you will bring clarity to complexity—using data to advise legal strategy, strengthen regulatory responses, and combat fraud! The role will partner with Legal, Regulatory, and Investigations teams, you’ll surface risks, quantify exposure, and enable confident, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in a analyst role
  • Strong SQL across large environments (e.g., Big Data familiarity, Spark SQL, Oracle); comfort joining sophisticated, messy datasets.
  • Proficiency building clear dashboards and visuals using Tableau for non-technical audiences, with attention to interpretability and auditability.
  • Python coding experience.
  • Grasp of core analytics methods (descriptive statistics, trend/time-series, regression basics).
  • Ability to frame ambiguous problems, estimate business impact, and communicate trade-offs to Legal and business leaders.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, or Compliance/Risk teams (or similar high-stakes, evidence-driven domains).
  • Solid command of the following tools: Tableau, Hadoop environment, advanced Excel features like Macro, and tools for version control
  • Exposure to text mining/NLP for entity/keyword detection or policy enforcement monitoring.
  • Practical experience automating analyses with Python (scheduled jobs, reusable notebooks/scripts, QA).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analysis: scope questions with interested parties, capture and validate data, build queries, analyze results, and present clear recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and visual narratives (Tableau) used by Legal and Investigations teams in court filings, regulatory responses, and executive reviews.
  • Build and maintain robust SQL pipelines and automated reporting to improve accuracy, timeliness, and analyst productivity.
  • Assess data sufficiency and evidentiary quality for litigation readiness and risk decisions.
  • Collaborate across functions to translate analytical findings into operational playbooks and policy recommendations.
  • Maintain documentation, data quality checks, and reproducible workflows across SQL, Python, and BI assets.
  • Proven ability to incorporate AI into workflows and experience with tools and models
