About The Position

Summary: The Sr IT AMS Analyst is responsible for ensuring that information technology systems supporting client operations remain available, stable, and adaptable to meet evolving business needs. Key performance measures include maintaining operational stability, optimizing system performance, and providing immediate response to reported incidents. This role serves as a subject matter expert for client systems and platforms. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in major incident calls to assist with impact assessment, business communications, and solution implementation. Document system process flows mapping critical business functions to application components to identify impacted operations. Engage in software change management and deployment processes to maintain awareness of potential impacts on call center applications. Analyze business operational needs and adjust configuration parameters to address rapidly changing conditions. Manage the full project life cycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—for assigned projects. Partner with functional units to identify, define, and document business needs, objectives, and operational procedures. Communicate technical issues in business terms to ensure understanding of risks and impacts. Act as liaison between end-users, technical teams, and consultants during analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of systems. Analyze the impact of new systems and enhancements to ensure alignment with operational workflows. Track and document changes for functional and business specifications; write clear procedures for records and training. Identify opportunities for process improvement through system changes or operational adjustments. Conduct change impact analysis and document business rules, functions, and requirements. Obtain expert knowledge of assigned business processes and create detailed requirement documents for development and testing. Challenge IT and business teams to continuously improve processes. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned.
