Requirements

Experience with indirect materials procurement
Strong Excel & SAP skills & experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
5+ years of experience in reporting or analysis within manufacturing environment
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

Finance experience considered an asset

Responsibilities

Creation and management of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting for Corporate Indirect Procurement
Creation & maintenance of ad hoc reporting for Corporate Indirect Procurement
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support the assigned locations including purchase order creation and management
Manage Strategic Supplier Scorecards and report on trends
Maintain Packaging information to support and report on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Programs
Review new, and changes to, EPR Programs, and provide guidance to reduce fees associated with EPR Programs
Track and report volume and types of packaging
EPR reporting
To support Sustainability Team with reporting on Sustainable Programs
