About The Position

The Sr. Analyst HR Operations – Enablement will play a key role on the HR Operations team by contributing to several components of Vantive’s HR Ops delivery model at a global, regional and functional level. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management and distribution of knowledge content across key stakeholders, ensuring knowledge sharing and utilization to improve performance and promote innovation, while also supporting the HR Operations team in coordinating projects to ensure effective execution and delivery. This role serves as a key partner across functional teams to ensure knowledge assets are effectively managed, change impacts are addressed, stakeholder communications are executed, and project deliverables are completed on time and with high quality. The role combines analytical expertise, process improvement capabilities, and strong coordination skills to support business transformation, operational excellence, and employee adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Proven experience in knowledge management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead and support the development of content critical to knowledge sharing, project coordination, and timeline management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, databases, and knowledge management software applications, and AI processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend practical solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of intricacies of HR operations to maintain the credibility of HR Shared Services.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and apply critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and influence decision making of others.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Intermediate Level Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, organize, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge repositories, process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training materials.
  • Establish governance processes to ensure knowledge content remains current, accurate, and accessible.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture critical business knowledge and document best practices.
  • Monitor knowledge utilization and identify opportunities to improve content quality, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational readiness activities by maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and action items across HR Operations stakeholders.
  • Help maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, and governance documentation for the HR Operations team
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies as appropriate.
  • Support project governance, reporting, and leadership communications.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline documentation, communication, and project management practices.
  • Create metrics and dashboards to monitor project performance, knowledge management effectiveness, and change adoption.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence and process standardization as applicable.
