About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights and financial strategies that support key business decisions. This position is responsible for advanced financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to enhance operational and strategic outcomes. The role interacts across multiple departments to influence finance initiatives and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance.
• Strong background in advanced financial modeling and data analytics within large organizations or multinational environments.
• Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Sound understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and the ability to influence across functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach to continuous improvement.

• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) preferred.
