About The Position

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Experience in Tableau/Alteryx is a plus
Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

Responsibilities

Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly results in Pharma Profitability tool (PaPM)
Assist other finance teams in investigating results and root cause analysis surrounding inconsistencies
Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to improve visibility of profitability across the pharmaceutical segment
Provide ad hoc support for requests from business partners across sales, revenue management and other finance teams
Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
