About The Position

This position supports the Prepared Foods Foodservice and Retail businesses through monthly marketing analysis and tracking. The role contributes to preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly reports, managing the quarter-end close process, and leading forecasting and annual budget planning. It provides reporting and analysis to support informed business decisions; tracks financial results through timely and accurate reporting; establishes and maintains accrual rates; and prepares monthly financial reviews for category leadership. The position also assists with strategic long-range plans for Business Units within the Prepared Foods segment of Tyson Foods. It requires an ownership mindset and close collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
3–5 years of experience in Finance.
Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills.
Ability to streamline internal processes.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders.
Strong Excel-based skills, including experience working successfully with large data sets.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including protecting sensitive information, following company policies, validating outputs, critically evaluating results, and applying professional judgment.

Nice To Haves

MBA preferred; MBA or CPA is a plus.
Previous CPG experience strongly preferred.
Experience with SAP Financial applications is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in Order to Cash, Demand Planning, Poultry or Prepared Plant Operations, Purchase to Pay Shared Services, and Sales Operations.
