About The Position
This role will work directly with the Finance Manager to assist in the development of the Mark Anthony Brewing (MAB) Plant budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial results deck. This role will partner closely with Operations and Procurement to develop robust capital expenditure and indirect expense tracking and drive actionable insights from material loss reporting. Finally, this role will work with Compliance and Inventory to standardize the monthly preparation of various federal manufacturing regulatory reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Demonstrated proficiency using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail & ability to handle large amounts of data and detail
- Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
Nice To Haves
- CPG experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, execution and filing of Mark Anthony’s federal manufacturing regulatory reports and partner with Inventory to improve on data processing to align with TTB reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Operations to develop actionable insights from material loss reporting
- Partner with Procurement/MAB Plant Operations to provide detailed MRO/CapEx spend analysis and insights
- Assist with developing key MAB Plant deliverables, including Budget, LE forecasts, and monthly actuals results deck
- Provide ad hoc process standardization and improvement
