About The Position

This position partners closely with Compliance, Legal, and key business stakeholders to enhance and continuously mature the Corporate Ethics and Conflicts of Interest program. The role provides subject matter expertise while guiding compliance initiatives, monitoring program effectiveness, and supporting thoughtful, risk-based decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, analytics, or a related field, with demonstrated involvement in ethics or conflicts of interest programs.
  • Strong proficiency with analytical, reporting, and data management tools, including relationship databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, including trend analysis and risk-based recommendations.
  • Proven collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide practical, business-aligned guidance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the execution of compliance and ethics initiatives, including those related to conflicts of interest, with a focus on program maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and refine communications, guidance, and training to promote awareness and understanding of ethics and compliance expectations across the organization.
  • Oversee and analyze data from compliance questionnaires, disclosures (including conflicts of interest), and surveys to identify trends, inform risk assessments, and drive targeted improvements.
  • Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to support effective governance of the ethics and compliance program.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address non-compliance matters, including training completion, conflict of interest disclosures, and corrective actions, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and risk-aligned manner.
  • Coordinate and support responses to internal and external inquiries, applying sound judgment and alignment with regulatory expectations and internal policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on ethics, compliance, and conflicts of interest considerations impacting business activities.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
