Sr Analyst, Digital Finance
About The Position
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Digital Finance team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and Operations. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for analysis of Taco Bell’s digital promotion performance and channel profitability. You will uncover insights into the sales and profit impacts across a variety of channels including in-store Kiosks, digital menu boards, and delivery aggregators. The Senior Analyst will also be an important partner within cross-functional teams in providing recommendations to optimize promotional offer design for profitably growing the business. Necessary strengths include: a strong understanding of finance concepts, working with data and conducting analysis in Excel, a great attitude, and ability to partner cross-functionally. This is a dynamic point of entry to Taco Bell; successful members of the team can move to roles in several different parts of the finance team or into other areas across Taco Bell and YUM brands.
Requirements
- BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment and partner cross functionally
- Ability to synthesize data and financial analysis to help shape business decisions
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Preparing post audit analysis of digital promotions and creating presentations to articulate learnings
- Supporting analysis of sales and cost impacts from new product introductions, menu design updates, and discounted digital offers
- Partnering cross-functionally to build a holistic point of view on business performance
- Forecasting utilization and cost of delivery aggregator promotions
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis, distilling insights, and helping to craft actionable recommendations
