The Military Engines (ME) Support Equipment (SE) Delivery Assurance (DA) Sr. Analyst own end-to-end relationship and performance management for their assigned supplier portfolio. The candidate should be relationship focused, have strong communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to deliver results. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills & the ability to leverage working relationships across the many P&W functional groups: Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Fleet Management, Planning, Delivery Assurance, and multiple suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

  • Previous SAP and customer service experience desired.
  • Previous aerospace or manufacturing industry experience or can be a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience of taking initiative, driven, and pro-active work ethic strongly desired.
  • Experience with data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for overall delivery performance
  • Conduct regular review meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with supplier management to review open work-in-progress (WIP), delivery forecast, capacity constraints, and resolution plans
  • Schedule and conduct off-site supplier visits to build relationships with suppliers and conduct key business reviews as well as proactively manage and expedite open WIP orders to ensure adherence to committed schedules and contractual requirements
  • Identify and anticipate potential delivery risks or delays based on supplier performance, material shortages, or capacity issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier commitments, delivery statuses, and performance metrics within internal tracking systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to internal stakeholders, including Program Management, Fleet Management, Business Solutions, Engineering, and highlight critical risks and recovery plans.
