Purpose: The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and foundational experience across Deliver processes, including warehouse and distribution, transportation, customer service, network planning, and import/export. They will have experience working collaboratively across supply chain functions and supporting cross-regional teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exposure to related supply chain areas such as Integrated Business Planning or Manufacturing. Experience in capital equipment or medical device distribution is a plus. The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment. The candidate will have experience as a single contributor for projects and responsible for providing updates and status of assigned deliverables. Lastly, the candidate will have background working directly with customers whether face to face or remotely to drive best in class customer experience.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Experience or exposure to Deliver Operations (Warehousing/ Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service, Distribution Network Analysis)
  • Experience across at least two other supply chain functional areas is (Plan, MAKE, or Source)
  • Experience or exposure to at least one additional supply chain functional area (Plan, Make, or Source)
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt by course-correcting plans as needed in response to changing circumstances
  • Ability to forge collaboration across peer groups and managers of the enterprise and externally.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written and oral forums.
  • Ability to influence peer groups and managers within Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance organizations and other key cross functional partners in a matrix environment and externally.
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of best practices and benchmarks, corporate objectives, and resource availability to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects.
  • Incorporates an integrated understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain to anticipate cross-functional impacts, interdependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Has strong business acumen – deeply understands the business, portfolio, markets, customers, challenges, and demands.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic projects across MFG and Deliver landscape
  • Contribute to core areas of responsibilities in the Deliver/ Logistics function both from an operational perspective
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational standards, protocols, and processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction for future commercial launch activities
  • Support on-site Deliver field activities related to all future installations and de-installations, in coordination with Service.
  • Collaborate with Global Deliver RAD team and affiliates to support implementation and launch activities.
  • Actively manage risks, issues, and follow up actions during project planning meetings
  • Support assigned projects from a Deliver perspective, collaborating cross functionally with the broader Supply Chain and working closely with Service and Commercial organizations
  • Assist in developing materials to support strategic roadmap discussions and decision-making for the Ottava program
  • Track and report project status, risks, deliverables, and activities within overall schedule
  • Support tracking of operating and capital expenses against plan
  • Support development of KPI’s and customer experience metrics across Deliver activities
  • Analyze distribution network and overall capacity; identify areas of opportunity to improve service levels
  • Support collection and analysis of voice of customer, both internally and externally, to inform solutions and implementation plans
  • Coordinate execution of Deliver dashboards for weekly, monthly and quarterly performance tracking
  • Support coordination of Deliver installation and de-installation activities for customers, working with Service and Commercial organizations
  • Assist with on-site or remote coordination during loading and unloading of capital systems
  • Support coordination with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with resourcing, load planning, and schedule alignment across Deliver teams
  • Support implementation efforts for Deliver global activities
  • Coordinate with global teams to support execution timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in maintaining timelines, activities, and deliverables with Project Management Organization and Launch Excellence team
