About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Compliance (Business Partner Experience) Supplier Performance Management will be responsible for rolling out new or updating existing operational compliance programs to drive Business Partner Operational Excellence across the enterprise. This role will involve strengthening existing and creating new internal partnerships to drive adoption of new standards and processes. The analyst will need to understand all Business Partner-facing standards and ensure external resources are clear and concise. Additionally, the role will influence future tech platforms to improve ease of use for internal and external users, and analyze operational compliance fines and fees to understand their aggregate impact on Business Partners, recommending changes based on internal impact and external benchmarking. This position is critical in developing new capabilities across operations and merchandising to improve Business Partner Experiences.

Requirements

• Four year degree or equivalent experience, preferably in supply chain, business management, or communications
• 2+ years experience in supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, business partner compliance, merchandising, or relevant industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex processes or problems succinctly
• Ability to create and drive new processes through strong internal partnerships
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data using Excel and/or similar programs
• Able to flex schedule to assist partners across international time zones as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out the new Business Partner Operations Excellence program to the enterprise, including driving improvements to training, requirements, and compliance processes
• Act as an enterprise consultant for internal teams looking to collect compliance fines from business partners
• Gather and analyze external benchmarking data and internal compliance income data
• Document and drive prioritization of top technical needs for internal and external users that will enhance the Business Partner Experience
