As a Senior Business Analyst on our Sales Transformation team with a specialized focus on research and innovation, you will lead the charge in identifying and implementing cutting-edge strategies and technologies to revolutionize our sales processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying and evaluating emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales technology stack, CRM systems, and emerging sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present innovative ideas effectively.
  • Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Power BI expertise – Ability to extract insights from large and complex datasets on BI and interpret the results into meaningful actions
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and profitability analysis
  • Deep understanding of technology products and solutions, including computing hardware, networking, peripherals, accessories, and related services
  • Proven ability to analyze cost structures, pricing models, margins, and rebates to drive profitability and commercial optimization
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify pricing discrepancies, data anomalies, and risk in complex bid structures
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple bids, analyses, and stakeholders concurrently under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments with high financial and operational impact
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting analytical findings clearly to sales, leadership, and external partners
  • Solid understanding of channel distribution models, OEM programs, rebates, deal registration, and vendor funding structures

Nice To Haves

  • Agile methodology experience is advantageous.
  • Being able to create a custom dashboard from scratch and create data sets within Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skillsets are a plus - Power Query, Data validation, Scenario modeling

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for research & development.
  • Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry best practices and disruptive technologies in sales.
  • Lead pilot projects to test and evaluate innovative solutions, gathering data and feedback to inform scalable implementations.
  • Develop and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for innovative sales tools and platforms, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements for innovative solutions and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of innovation initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, innovation strategies, and project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to sales and CRM, and identify potential applications within the organization.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and idea generation workshops to generate innovative solutions.
  • Implement a system for capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing innovative ideas.
