About The Position

The Sr. Analyst Business & Supply Chain Excellence executes critical supply chain activities, with a focus on data analysis for financial reporting and improving supply chain processes. The role identifies and implements efficiencies to improve operational performance and reduce food costs. It leads the design and deployment of analytics and reporting tools for supply chain performance across CSCs, including the Food Cost Tracker and technical reporting systems. The position also oversees procedural documentation and training assignments, analyzes supply chain data, improves demand planning and operational metrics, supports financial controlling and performance reporting, and collaborates with stakeholders on cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives. The position reports to the CSC Materials Manager or Supervisor, with a dotted line to the Supply Chain Management team for training, reporting, and mentorship. It is based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and purchasing.
Advanced reconciliation abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to handle complex financial tasks.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, including the ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions.
Strong time management skills and a natural problem-solving orientation.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SAP MM and CBase.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy tools and data analytics for consistent, actionable reporting on Supply Chain performance across CSCs.
Create and implement the Food Cost Tracker and advanced technical reporting systems.
Coordinate procedural workgroups and oversee documentation from authoring through quality control.
Facilitate training assignments and collaborate with specialized programs to provide tools and documentation.
Analyze supply chain spend, food costs, inventory, and compliance; identify root causes and champion continuous improvement.
Assess and refine demand-planning methods using consumption trends and data measures to optimize resource allocation.
Integrate analytical tools into financial controlling and performance reporting, aligning CSC and corporate goals.
Develop operational measurement tools and improve planning accuracy and overall performance.
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations, including initiatives to reduce food costs and improve efficiency.
Manage goods receipts and resolve APW issues to support smooth operations and cost control.
Provide analytical support for high-impact processes and projects and lead teams toward strategic objectives.
