About The Position

Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics to Apply statistical techniques, analyze user needs, and develop data analytics solutions to summarize data and provide usable business information. Duties include: build industry-leading analytics, data, and technology platforms, delivering powerful solutions that inform network strategy and design, improve network performance and provider engagement, develop new provider offerings, and enhance consumer experience; apply principles and techniques to solve problems, drive impact, and deliver key insights by leveraging innovations in data science, machine and deep learning, and predictive modeling; implement data and deploy robust solutions through development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools; explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms; analyze structured and unstructured data to solve business problems; develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data that generate insights and address reporting needs; collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, data analysis, data reports, and performance metrics; apply data visualization techniques to communicate analytical results and support business decisions; document projects, including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics; apply principles and theoretical knowledge and expertise in programming, analytics, data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization, including advanced analytic techniques, such as predictive modeling, regression analysis, A/B testing, and lifetime value. Requirements

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
One (1) year of experience in Python, JSON, JIRA.
One (1) year of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
One (1) year of experience in MySQL, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau.
One (1) year of experience in Machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling.
One (1) year of experience in Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
One (1) year of experience in Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions.
One (1) year of experience in Relational database concepts, software development best practices, and contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects.
One (1) year of experience in Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector.
One (1) year of experience in Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases.
