Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Brand Standards will own the integrity, flow, and reporting of Brand Standards and REV data across systems, ensuring accurate, actionable insights for Field teams and leadership. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end data pipeline (Steritech → Snowflake), building scalable processes, and maintaining enforcement tracking systems to support consistent execution across restaurants. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years in analytics, data, or operations-focused role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Experience with data pipelines, validation, and process design
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • experience with BI tools (Tableau, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end data pipeline and reporting ecosystem for Brand Standards and REV.
  • Manage and monitor data flow from Steritech → Snowflake, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data integrity issues; proactively flag risks and inconsistencies
  • Build and maintain scalable data processes and documentation to support long-term reliability
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, validation, and ad hoc analysis
  • Own REV and Standards dashboards, scorecards, and reporting outputs (e.g., Popsights)
  • Ensure alignment of data definitions, business logic, and calculations across systems
  • Partner with Tech/Data teams to improve pipelines, automate workflows, and enhance usability
  • Maintain the systems and processes that power enforcement tracking and program execution.
  • Own and maintain Appian workflows and enforcement tracking tools
  • Ensure accurate tracking of violations, follow-ups, and program compliance
  • Manage ongoing program maintenance, updates, and process improvements
  • Monitor enforcement trends and escalate risks or gaps in execution
  • Support the evolution of Brand Standards through data-backed insights.
  • Analyze trends in REV and Standards to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support updates to Standards, Guidebook, and Ops Manual with data validation and impact analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure changes are measurable and trackable
  • Act as the go-to partner for data-driven insights.
  • Support Field and leadership with reporting, deep-dives, and data interpretation
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Contribute to presentations and materials with accurate data storytelling
