About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Operations Standards supports the enhancement of operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and franchisee profitability by establishing and evolving brand standards, managing restaurant performance tracking, and providing in-depth operational support. As the in-house expert on restaurant operations and technology, this role collaborates with the Operations Excellence team and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand goals, optimize restaurant technology, and uphold the highest standards across locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations or a related role, with a strong understanding of the QSR industry.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations, reporting on key metrics such as guest satisfaction, speed of service, and franchisee profitability.
  • Develop statistical and analytical models to identify operational trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Propose solutions to automate standards evaluation and track performance across teams.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring timely restaurant evaluations.
  • Develop and implement an escalation process for handling concerns or appeals, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepare and present updates on operational performance and brand standards compliance to senior leaders.
  • Analyze and optimize restaurant technology to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal tech teams to enhance back-end systems and implement new tech initiatives.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and execute best practices to support guest satisfaction and speed of service.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the field team, franchisees, and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on brand standards and resolving complex operational issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and share insights with cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and distribute training materials, standards documentation, and process updates to support flawless execution at the restaurant level.
