In this hands-on role, you will be based entirely on-site, working directly in the lab alongside our design and integration team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. AIT Technician to be a key team member focused on daily lab operations supporting satellite and subsystem integration, qualification testing, material & process development, failure investigations, and process control validation. You will play a critical role in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting flight and prototype hardware, operating with a high degree of autonomy and sound judgment to keep pace with a fast-moving satellite development project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing technical rigor, schedule pressure, and evolving program needs.
