Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or AI engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and experience with production-grade systems in languages like Go, Java, or C++ is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, time-series analysis).
- Familiarity with deep learning and modern AI approaches, including generative or representation-learning methods, as relevant to production systems.
- Product-minded engineer who cares about impact, not just models.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience applying ML in real-world, noisy, or adversarial environments is a strong plus.
