About The Position

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive to join their team. This role is for a highly entrepreneurial, strategic seller who thrives in a fast-paced market being reshaped by AI-driven ERP transformation. The position reports directly to the GVP, Sales, NAMER and is based in the US, with the possibility of working remotely. Location within commuting distance of a Regional hub or near a major city is desirable due to extensive travel expected across the region. As Rimini Street expands its team of Senior AI Executives (SAIEs) to lead growth in AI-powered enterprise solutions, this role will focus on selling Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, ERP transformation use cases, and advanced services like AI project teams and Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to large organizations, including Support, Managed Services, AI engineering teams, and Professional Services. They should possess a proven ability to engage C-suite executives, challenge legacy thinking, and drive new opportunities through outbound prospecting. Experience selling third-party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services is essential.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions to large organizations, including Support, Managed Services, AI engineering teams, and Professional Services.
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to challenge legacy thinking.
  • Proven ability to proactively drive new opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting.
  • Additional experience selling third-party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services is essential.
  • Deep technical mastery in AI’s core capabilities.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into a comprehensive solution.
  • Ability to design end-to-end architectures with performance, integration, and extensibility in mind.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Solution Consultants, Delivery Team and Partners.
  • Demonstrate success selling AI engineering teams, AI project teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and technical squads that embed within client organizations.
  • Sell third‑party ERP applications, add‑ons, and integration services that extend or modernize legacy ERP platforms.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities to modernize ERP ecosystems through AI-enabled workflows, interoperability improvements, and platform integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, including CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and ERP/IT leaders.
  • Establish credibility through technical depth and a consultative approach.
  • Support CIOs in architectural decisions, shape technical direction, and become a go-to resource.
  • Translate customer requirements into comprehensive AI Experience solutions.
  • Design end-to-end architectures with performance, integration, and extensibility in mind.
  • Partner effectively with Solution Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Partners to ensure AI Experience solutions align with account strategy and long-term customer roadmaps.
  • Contribute to reference architectures, industry patterns, and reusable assets.
  • Develop and qualify opportunities for Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, AI-enabled automation use cases, and AI engineering teams.
  • Challenge the status quo regarding traditional ERP roadmaps, upgrade cycles, integrations, and cost structures.
  • Customize persuasive presentations and business cases demonstrating ROI and competitive differentiation.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new AI and ERP offerings.
  • Expand current relationships by introducing AI teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and ERP modernization initiatives.
  • Grow adoption of Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and new AI-led capabilities.
  • Present next-generation ERP use cases, integrations, and automation strategies.
  • Partner with Renewals to support retention and long-term client transformation journeys.
  • Demonstrate success selling AI engineering teams, AI project teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, and technical squads.
  • Sell third-party ERP applications, add-ons, and integration services.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities to modernize ERP ecosystems through AI-enabled workflows, interoperability improvements, and platform integration.
  • Build a continually growing, high-quality pipeline through disciplined outbound work.
  • Confidently engage and influence senior executives on ERP strategy and AI transformation.
  • Unlock meaningful expansion revenue within the existing installed base.
  • Demonstrate mastery of AI-driven ERP modernization and multi-vendor ERP ecosystems.
  • Serve as strategic advisors who help customers innovate faster, reduce cost, and reshape their ERP future.
