About The Position
Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Agency Lead to help grow its Global agency business. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a specified set of agencies, utilizing executive relationships and expertise in the Pinterest ad platform to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts. The goal is to transform agency partners into advocates who can meet their clients’ goals, thereby playing a key role in scaling one of the fastest growing advertising platforms through agency partnerships. The company emphasizes AI as a partner in augmenting creativity and amplifying impact, and candidates are expected to be excited about this aspect. Requirements
- 15+ years Digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
- AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research.
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
- Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
- An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
Responsibilities
- Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies
- Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
- Lead the technical integration of martech and API solutions across the agency's tech stack
- Partnering closely with engineering and product to scope, project-manage, and deliver integrations that connect platforms while translating commercial partnership goals into technical requirements
- Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team’s work using an effective combination of metrics and market feedback
- Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
- Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform
