About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive, Email Marketing to own the day-to-day production workflow for our CRM program—keeping projects organized, accurate, and on schedule. You will manage tickets, build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and coordinate closely within the CRM team that manages final setup, QA, and deployment. The role emphasizes organized execution, email strategy and production fundamentals, and clear communication. You’ll take initiative and drive the production pipeline while reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM Marketing for prioritization and alignment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of email/CRM production experience with a track record of delivering on time and to spec.
  • Competent in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)—comfortable building in Content Builder; basic HTML familiarity a plus (expert level not required).
  • Experience with Wrike or similar workflow tool such as Asana/Jira/Monday.
  • Solid grasp of email strategy and best practices (templates, QA, naming, governance, accessibility basics, rendering considerations).
  • Comfortable with light analytics—reviewing performance data, spotting trends, and proposing next steps.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and an effective communicator who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Wrike ownership: Manage intake quality, prioritization, routing, status tracking, and stakeholder updates; maintain a visible production calendar and surface risks early.
  • Campaign building (SFMC): Build emails in Content Builder, maintain templates, naming conventions, foldering, and documentation.
  • Governance & best practices: Uphold production standards, version control, QA checklists, accessibility basics, and rendering considerations; help keep playbooks and intake forms current.
  • Strategic & analytic support: Review performance, identify trends, suggest tests (subject lines, modules, audience slices, timing), and draft actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with creative, brand, data, and CRM teammates to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery; escalate issues promptly to the Senior Manager.
