About The Position

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support the Central Functions team within the Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group. This role plays a key part in planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and driving forward-looking transformation initiatives. The Sr. Advisor will act as a strategic business partner to Central Functions, lead insights and reporting, and play a critical role in advancing FP&A digital capabilities and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Related university degree and/or professional designation (CPA or equivalent) with 6+ years of directly related experience.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, with a strong ability to build insightful and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Solid working knowledge of Oracle and SmartView; experience with Oracle, SAP, or Hyperion implementations is considered an asset.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to leverage tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to synthesize information clearly and communicate insights succinctly.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of Central Functions planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership by analyzing financial results, trends, and key drivers.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Central Functions, supporting decision-making.
  • Contribute to defining and advancing the FP&A digital transformation vision and roadmap.
  • Identify and enable greater utilization of existing technology capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Support in establishing a centralized, structured Records & Information Management for FP&A team.
