About The Position

As a Sr. Advanced R&D Engineer Scientist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, shaping the company's technical strategy, and mentoring future leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges and advance the company's mission. You’ll report directly to the Engineering Manager and be part of the Braking Systems business unit, based in South Bend, IN, with a hybrid work schedule. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will impact the future of aerospace technology by leading advanced research and development initiatives that push the boundaries of innovation and enhance Honeywell's competitive edge in the industry.
