Utilizing your distinct knowledge of electrical theory, the Senior Advanced Quality Inspector will inspect parts, materials, assemblies and equipment for compliance to specified requirements and perform real-time defect evaluation. This will require operating and monitoring automated test equipment as well as preparing QA documentation and verifying corrective action implementation and rework. We will rely on your strong communication skills to interface with coworkers, internal customers and potentially suppliers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or the equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 years directly related experience.
  • Distinct knowledge of ESD control, workmanship standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and statistics and process control techniques.
  • Skilled in the set-up of basic electronic test configurations or mechanical test configurations and basic mechanical measurement tools.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical engineering preferred.
  • J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications may be required.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
