Putting quality over quantity, the Sr Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process, including assembly, inspection, and testing of electronic and mechanical components. The role requires adherence to quality specifications, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
