Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics fabrication experience
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance required at time of hire
- Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly operations
- Experience building RF cables, harnesses, and complex assemblies
- Soldering experience including ribbon and stripline soldering for RF applications
- Knowledge of fabrication, inspection, and integration processes
- Experience loading and configuring software on customer devices
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistics applications
- Basic computer proficiency
- Position requires 100% on-site support in Canonsburg, PA

Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex production and assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables
- Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, production assemblies, and large-scale complex systems
- Fabricate RF cables, multi-function cables, and wire harnesses to precise specifications
- Perform soldering of ribbon cables and stripline components to support RF performance requirements
- Conduct fabrication, marking, inspection, and integration activities in research, production, and pre-production environments
- Load and configure customer and standard software onto customer devices
- Support quality initiatives utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical analysis methods
- Follow detailed manufacturing documentation, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and security standards in a defense manufacturing environment
