Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in an administrative support function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent computer skills are required along with strong analytical, database management and data entry accuracy.
  • Subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check to obtain your driving history.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with federal government contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex requests and determine an appropriate solution.
  • Works directly with internal departments to assist with various activities relative to assigned business unit.
  • Review, update and maintain documents to ensure completeness, confirm accuracy of data, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, etc.
  • May resolve discrepancies and communicate the results with internal and external customers.
  • Use various PC software programs to produce high-quality reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Compile and interpret data to formulate reports, charts, graphs or tables.
  • Assist management on various projects as needed.
