Current Opportunity: Senior Administrative Assistant We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Assistant. This role will report to the VP of Talent & Performance and support 2 additional VP, HR. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping to coordinate projects and efforts to keep the team organized and moving forward! Location: McKesson Headquarters – 6555 North State Highway 161

Requirements

  • Typically requires 6+ years of related experience
  • Digitally savvy with project coordination experience, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), strong organizational and time management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who is highly organized, discreet, and able to adapt to frequent changes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Workday, Ariba, and Concur applications.

Responsibilities

  • Enable seamless collaboration through virtual platforms and digital meeting technologies, ensuring leaders and teams stay connected and productive.
  • Drive efficiency by leveraging tools like Outlook, Workday, and Concur to streamline scheduling, travel, and expense processes.
  • Curate impactful presentations using advanced tools to tell compelling stories and support strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic connector, ensuring information flows smoothly across leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Optimize workflows by identifying opportunities for automation and simplification in administrative processes.
  • Support virtual and hybrid experiences for executive meetings and events, using digital solutions to enhance engagement.
  • Manage data and insights for budget tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency through digital systems.
