About The Position

This position is the professional single point of contact for premier VIP National Accounts to assist a family with relocation. This position will also support the Sales staff to ensure service levels meet or exceed customer expectations. Independently arranges site survey, prepares estimates and enters required information into our system. This included inside sales calls to sell the relocation to the transferee or the National Account company contact. Coordinates available dates, monitors the quality of driver assignment and service provided while utilizing the Quality Assurance Program. Proactively identifies and troubleshoots potential transferee service failures and independently acts on prevention. Independent problem resolution may include pursuing alternative avenues to traditional truck planning. Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Accounting, Claims, Credit and Collections, Safety, and independent agents to complete the move within company timelines while providing the best quality service standards and ensure alignment of goals and objectives. Proactively resolves service escalations and obtains all billing authorizations from National Accounts.
