About The Position

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative, operational, and project support to senior leaders and their teams. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The individual serves as a key business partner, helping leaders operate efficiently while supporting broader organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience supporting senior leaders or executives is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Experience with meeting planning, event coordination, travel management, and expense processing.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and executive priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and related expense reporting.
  • Plan and support team meetings, leadership meetings, off-site events, town halls, and special events, including agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive business matters.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating communications across multiple teams.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including coordination of equipment, access, and orientation activities.
  • Support department operations, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor management, budget tracking, and expense processing.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, projects, and organizational initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization and collaborate with administrative colleagues and business partners.
