About The Position

THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO LIST ALL OF THE DUTIES THAT ARE OR MAY BE PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION Primary Duties 1. Assists with coordination of contracts, vendor relations, local service agreements, and asset documentation. 2. Provides advanced administrative and specialized support to assigned team(s) and designated area(s) of focus. 3. Provides training, guidance, or assistance to other administrative staff. 4. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, providing basic functional area support. Greets, screens, and directs visitors to the appropriate contact person. 5. Performs systems-based data entry. 6. Maintains inventory, orders, and stocks office supplies. 7. Processes invoices for payment and tracks expenses. 8. Coordinates, schedules, and arranges appointments, meetings, and related travel. 9. Coordinates facility maintenance and housekeeping needs by notifying appropriate internal staff or external vendors. 10. Organizes, processes, and prepares detailed records and files. 11. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and delivery services. 12. Identifies procedural issues and recommends solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or general office experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and/or external customers, and exchange information as required.
  • Requires the ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Requires a working knowledge of business computer applications to create and update standardized documents and reports.
