Assists with coordination of contracts, vendor relations, local service agreements, and asset documentation. 2. Provides advanced administrative and specialized support to assigned team(s) and designated area(s) of focus. 3. Provides training, guidance, or assistance to other administrative staff. 4. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, providing basic functional area support. Greets, screens, and directs visitors to the appropriate contact person. 5. Performs systems-based data entry. 6. Maintains inventory, orders, and stocks office supplies. 7. Processes invoices for payment and tracks expenses. 8. Coordinates, schedules, and arranges appointments, meetings, and related travel. 9. Coordinates facility maintenance and housekeeping needs by notifying appropriate internal staff or external vendors. 10. Organizes, processes, and prepares detailed records and files. 11. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and delivery services. 12. Identifies procedural issues and recommends solutions.
