About The Position

Sony Pictures Television Studios (SPTS) is a leading content provider, producing over 50 shows annually across various genres and platforms, including popular titles like THE BOYS and OUTLANDER. SPTS is part of the larger Sony Pictures Television (SPT) division, a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation. The SPT Marketing Organization supports the entire lifecycle of series, from initial sales pitch materials to collaborating on marketing campaigns with network partners and managing marketing assets with Distribution teams. This Sr Administrative Assistant Marketing position provides administrative support to the SVP Creative Marketing and VP Marketing Strategy. The ideal candidate is expected to be a proactive communicator who can anticipate the needs of the executives to ensure the department operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and administrative support to executives on the team, anticipating needs of the executives and always being two steps ahead
• Schedule/Calendar/Phone management; keep execs on schedule
• Oversee setup and manage any meetings held by SVP and VP
• Maintain meeting notes when necessary
• Coordinate travel, visas, schedules, and other travel logistics
• Manage calendar and activities (Setting meetings, Call list, etc.)
• Generate travel and expense reports
• Report back to SVP and VP with detailed notes/updates following any absence
• Proactively provide solutions to schedule conflicts or other issues
• Create and maintain global contacts
• Invoice tracking & processing
• Ordering office supplies
• Create and update presentations, letters, and other forms of management reports and communications
• Internet research
• Special projects as required
