Requirements

• Someone very detail oriented
• Someone with strong communication skills
• Someone who can manage a high volume of transactional workload
• General familiarity with main systems used: Workday, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Worksheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced marketing agency environment and provide quality internal and external accounting support to our team and clients

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices
• Process supplier invoices
• Communicate and liaison with B&P team departments on invoice and payment statuses
• Review client scopes (SOWs) and approve Salesforce records
• Prepare Journal entries
• Assist with any month end close support as needed
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Set up and activate internal project codes
• Support customer invoice reconciliations by compiling expenses and supplier invoice support
