Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with complex reconciliations and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and internal controls
- Experience supporting close processes and financial reporting
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting audits or external reporting requirements
- Exposure to accounting system implementations or enhancements
- Experience driving process improvement or automation initiatives
- Background mentoring or coaching junior team members
Responsibilities
- Perform complex reconciliations, analysis, and financial reporting
- Review accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Lead portions of month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to stakeholders
- Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit inquiries
- Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
- Serve as a resource and provide guidance to less experienced team members
