About The Position

Our ministry is seeking a Sr. Accountant - Music/Global to help advance Kingdom impact through financial integrity, insightful analysis, and support of our global outreach and worship resources. This is an opportunity to use your accounting expertise to serve the Lord—empowering Christian music, global initiatives, and donor-funded ministry programs to reach people with the Gospel worldwide. Position Summary As the Sr. Accountant - Music/Global, you will play a key role in strengthening the financial health of our Integrity Music division and our Global Ministry operations. You will: Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights for senior leadership. Oversee complex accounting for music revenue streams—royalties, publishing, licensing, artist transactions, and more. Support global teams with reporting on international book and music sales, donor-funded initiatives, and restricted funds. Ensure transparent, accurate accounting that reflects biblical stewardship and honors donor intent. Help build efficient processes and financial models that equip our leadership to make data-driven, mission-centered decisions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, analysis, and improving systems—all while contributing directly to Gospel-centered work around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience with royalty accounting, nonprofit fund accounting, or music industry finance (highly preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite and QlikSense a plus
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition (ASC 606), reconciliation, and analysis
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
  • A heart for ministry, stewardship, and supporting global Kingdom work

Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting for Integrity Music and Global operations (GAAP compliant, ASC 606, IFRS familiarity a plus)
  • Manage royalty accounting, financial reconciliations, intercompany consolidations, and foreign currency adjustments
  • Support donor-related financial reporting and stewardship of restricted funds
  • Prepare financial statements, dashboards, and leadership insights for budgeting and forecasting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and auditors to maintain financial excellence and transparency
  • Drive process improvement and efficiency across accounting and reporting workflow.
