About The Position
Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is seeking a Sr. Accountant I to provide Accounts Receivable processing and support. The selected candidate will work on problems of moderate scope including month-end close, revenue true-up analysis, account reconciliations, lease accounting (ASC 842), and financial reporting support. This role requires exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, as well as building productive internal/external working relationships. The position is a 5-day onsite role in Irvine, CA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 2 to 5 years of accounting operations with specialty in Accounts Receivable operations.
- Experience in SAP ERP system
- Proficient level Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (AR) vendor invoice processing
- Assist with monthly closings
- Assist with accounts receivable workload
- Review Purchase Requisition
- Interact with managers and vendors on a daily basis and assist on special projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
