About the role This role is a Senior Account Manager at Reserv and is scoped for a particular key customer, who is a leading entity in the commercial ride share industry. You will play a critical role in managing and strengthening this customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term growth. You will be the main point of contact for this customer, serving as their ongoing support and acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. Your deep understanding of our technology-driven insurance solutions will help you provide strategic insights and recommendations, aligning our services with the customer’s business needs.
