Sr. Account Manager Curtiss-Wright is in search of a Sr. Account Manager to support our Actuation Division. The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for supporting and growing key accounts for the business. You will establish point of contact for assigned customers for all inquiries. You will drive the organization to meet the customers’ expectations while remaining disciplined to meet company objectives. Your success is measured by profitable growth at assigned accounts. You must be able to operate across industries and org charts with desired experience in Defense markets. Manage assigned accounts to drive profitable growth. Be a customer advocate driving business performance to meet growing customer demands. Support current orderbook to ensure execution to customers’ schedules. Pursue new opportunities at customers to expand Curtiss-Wright sales at account. Demonstrate commercially savviness to drive growth and expand profits. Regularly negotiate both in and out of the organization. Write proposals against RFP & RFQ in-line with organizational practices. Semi-regularly travel to support customer meetings and events. Regularly present to cross-functional management on account opportunities and risks. Interface directly with BD to expand sales and technologies across current and new customers. Interface with engineering and operations teams to set and drive customer expectations. Advance sales operations competencies via contract reviews, CRM use, and sales process leadership. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred). 5+ years' experience in a similar role. Progressive sales or account management experience, preferably in the Defense industry. Proven success in closing complex B2B sales and managing long-cycle opportunities. Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. Must be a U.S. Person.
